On hot summer days it’s easy to become dehydrated — that’s when the fatigue can set in. Aside from liquids, another way to stay hydrated and energized is through fruits that have high water content, like watermelon.

It’s important to think about all the different ways we can take care of ourselves, at all parts of the day. And as always, if you find yourself needing a little more support, consider Rae’s Multivitamin or Energy Drops for a boost.

1/4 small watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup English cucumber, diced
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 tbsp evoo
1 tbsp lime or half a fresh lime
fresh mint
pinch of salt

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix and enjoy.*

*This is a great salad/snack, include other foods as needed

*It’s okay to multiply recipe for your desired portion
