Regaining your stamina midday gives you more perspective than if you had powered through the day without taking the time for well-being. Here are a few ways to give yourself an afternoon pick-me-up. 

First and foremost, pencil in the time for breaks—and try to stick to them as much as possible. Pausing for an intentional break throughout the day for things like stretching (or doing nothing) can reduce stress and increase mood. We’re fans of the legs up the wall pose to support blood flow and counter the amount of time spent sitting, especially while working from home. For an added bonus, use this time to focus on the things you’re grateful for to support mental clarity.
