In celebration of Women’s Health Month we created a Mind + Body Self Reflection Guide to support you to feel your best and help you take proactive charge of your holistic wellness.
Here’s how we recommend using our guide.
1. Set aside time so you can fully reflect and check in with yourself.
2. Jot down your personal wellness goals. Based on the areas covered in this guide, set specific and realistic goals for yourself for the month. Don’t feel like you have to set goals for all areas of the guide. Work to your specific wellness goals at your own pace.
3. Keep a pulse on your progress. Use this guide to track the progress you’re making towards your goals throughout the month. Make notes about any challenges or successes you experience along the way.
4. Reflect at the end of the month, review your progress and reflect on the improvements you’ve made in each area. Celebrate your successes and identify areas where you may want to focus more attention in the coming month.
